How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are processed w/in 2 days.  Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.  Once the order is processed, your tracking number(s) will be provided.  Please note: our orders ship from 2 warehouses - one in California, the other in New York based on product availability, therefore you may receive your order in 2 shipments.  If this is the case, both tracking numbers will be provided as soon as each order ships.

We can be reached by phone at 240-244-7178 Monday - Friday from 9am-8pm. If the call is unanswered please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  You may also e-mail us at info@shopmochic.com or launch the contact form by clicking the "contact us" button at the bottom left of the website.  We will answer any correspondance within 48 hours.

Is the site safe?

We understand the apprehension with shopping on websites and you can rest assured that our site is level 1 PCI DSS compliant.  

 

My order arrived damaged or is missing pieces, what should I do?

Unfortunately, damage can occur during transit, if this happens take comfort in knowing that your satisfaction is our number 1 priority and we will be happy to assist.  If anything arrives damaged, please immediately contact us via e-mail at returns@shopmohic.com.  Inlclude in the e-mail your name, order number, date ordered and a picture of the damaged item.  We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

If anything is missing, please first check to see if the order was shipped in 2 shipments and try to track the package if it was shipped seperately.  If you need help with this information or if you can confirm that your items were to arrive in one shipment, please contact us immediately at info@shopmochic.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

We accept all major credit cards, amazon pay, apple pay, shopify pay, google pay, and paypal.
